The Greater Auburn-Gresham Development Corporation (GADC) is a non-profit community development organization created to foster and promote the revitalization of low-to-moderate income neighborhoods of Auburn-Gresham, Greater Grand Crossing,  Englewood, and West Chatham. These neighborhoods are serviced through a variety of programs, one of which includes: the New Communities Program, which establishes Quality of Life
