SSA #32 is committed to the economic growth and development of the 79th Street Business Corridor and is actively working to make sure that the best and brightest Chicago business has to offer can be found right in this community.

SSA #32 has been actively involved in the economic development and growth of the 79th Street Business district since it's inception in 2015. Our main focus is to develop new business opportunities to spur economic growth which bring jobs, businesses, and development to our business corridor.

Our new "Build on 79th Street" is designed to highlight available retail/commercial space, attract business and retail sectors,  including small business owners, budding entrepreneurs, restaurants, medical professionals, big box stores as well as not-for-profit agencies seeking to provide value-added services to our community.

SSA #32 also works in conjunction with community partners and local government officials to make sure residents and community needs and services are addressed and met.

 

An important part of our service is to help create site plans for expansion projects that would promote investment and/or development of vacant land within the 79th Street Business corridor and enhance residential and community needs
