BUSINESS DIRECTORY 2025 SSA #69

Overview

The Facade Enhancement Program was created to provide a tangible way for the SSA #69 Business District to encourage commercial property investment and promote development along Ashland Avenue.

This program offers architectural services and grants of up to $5,000 to eligible businesses located within the SSA #69 boundaries. Approved participants will receive:

• One-on-one architectural consultations

• Professional design renderings

• Access to financial resources and grants related to proposed renovations

• Visible beautification of their storefront through upgraded facade improvements

• Enhanced curb appeal contributing to the overall revitalization of the Ashland Avenue corridor

All improvements funded through the program must be visible to pedestrians from the main thoroughfare and must clearly contribute to the beautification and improvement of the SSA #69 Business District.

Program Eligibility Guidelines

Any business or commercial property owner located within SSA #69 and seeking to invest in the improvement of their building’s facade must complete an application available through the SSA #69 Management Office. All applications must be approved by the Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation (GAGDC) prior to beginning any work.
