The Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation (GAGDC) is the Service Provider for SSA#69.

GAGDC is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage a CPA firm to provide accounting and auditing services for the Auburn Gresham Ashland Avenue Special Service Area #69.

Requested Scope of Services:

• Complete audit of SSA#69 Programs

• Audit must reflect expenditures as categorized by the budget approved by the City of Chicago (see attached sample of budget)

• Audit begins February 17, 2026 and must be completed by April 18, 2026
